Plumbing Course

A plumber is a tradesperson who specializes in installing and maintaining systems used for potable (drinking) water, sewage and drainage in plumbing systems. The term dates from ancient times and is related to the Latin word for lead, “plumbum”

Years of training and/or experience are needed to become a skilled plumber; some jurisdictions also require that plumbers be licensed.

A plumbing course would normally cover some or all of the following:

All plumbing maintenance.
Cold water systems are repaired.
Hot water systems are repaired.
Geysers inspected and maintained.
Repair taps and valves
Install a washbasin, Shower, WC & Pedestal and bath.
Water leaks are detected.
Hidden pipe work traced.
Inspect, maintain and repair soil and waste water systems.
Inspecting and maintaining drainpipes.
Install a below-ground drainage system
Repairing drainpipes and fittings.
Tracing hidden pipe work.
Clearing of Blockages
